Basseterre, Saint Kitts (9th January 2023) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is pleased to announce the 2023 ICDF Taiwan Scholarship Program.

Interested candidates must submit a completed application form, a photocopy of his/her passport bio-data, photocopy of one’s highest level of Diploma and academic transcripts (certified by the Ministry of Education), and two letters of reference.

It is strongly recommended that applicants have a minimum GPA of 3.5 to apply for the scholarship.

The application form may be accessed via https://web.icdf.org.tw/ICDF_TSP/WelcomeStart.aspx and must be printed and signed.

Please note that individuals can only apply to one (1) university and the application should be emailed to that university as well. Applicants are asked to be mindful of the deadlines set by each university.

All applications along with the requisite documents are to be sent to Ms. Carol Boddie at the Ministry of Education by 22^nd February 2023 for onward processing.
